About us
Established in 2014, DKH Foundation is a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting underprivileged children and making a difference in their lives through education. Children in rural India and local communities have the right to take control of their lives and prosper in fair, equal, and inclusive communities. We will be working with local partners on projects supporting education, shelter, education, medicine, food, and more.

To be an effective and independent funder, using all our resources to create opportunities and support social change. We partner with inspiring organisations and individuals to ensure that children facing disadvantages are at the heart of leading change and opportunities to grow as an individual.
Objectives
Access to food, healthcare, education, shelter and emotional support are the fundamentals every young child should have. Still, many children in communities around the world are disadvantaged without these fundamental essentials.
To achieve this, we need to tackle educating children head-on and use all of our resources to drive positive change, so a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion sit at the heart of our strategy. It is how we work, who we work with and how we make decisions, and it should be as relevant and vital for us as an employer and a business
Our objective is to fund and build a Foundation for future generations to improve the lives of India’s poorest and most vulnerable communities. Access to food, healthcare, education, shelter and emotional support are the fundamentals every young child should have. Still, many disadvantaged children are without these essentials.
We aim to:
- Assist them in improving their conditions.
- Ensure they have access to their entitlements
- Creative and provide appropriate opportunities
- Help influence change in the context within which they live
- To support the development of underprivileged sections of society through partnership, support and capacity building.
As a charity, we consider being transparent and accountable to our donors as being central to the process.
